Refund & Cancellation Policy
Dhenushaktii Farmer Producer Organization provides agricultural inputs (fertilizers, seeds, equipment) and related services at affordable rates to support farmers. Due to the nature of agricultural products, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/processing by contacting us within 24 hours of order placement. Full refund will be processed (minus any transaction fees).
- Once order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds & Returns
- Non-Refundable Items (No refund/return accepted):
- Opened or partially used seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, or any agricultural inputs (due to quality, safety, and contamination risks).
- Products affected by improper storage/handling after delivery.
- Perishable or time-sensitive items.
- Eligible for Refund/Return (only in these cases):
- Product received is damaged, defective, wrong item, or quantity mismatch (reported within 3-7 days of delivery with photos/proof).
- Product must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with seals intact.
- Return process: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp/phone/email with order ID, photos, and issue details. We will arrange pickup (if applicable) or guide replacement/refund.
- Refund timeline: Processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method (after verification). Shipping/return charges may apply if issue is not our fault.
3. Services (Training, Gaushala Support, Membership)
Non-refundable once service is initiated or material provided.
